If you're new to Microsoft Azure, getting your Azure certification could be a good idea. It's an indication to potential employers that you have experience and proficiency with the Microsoft cloud platform and its related technologies.  When I was looking for a job in cloud computing, I whipped out my certificate as soon as I found one: it showed potential employers that I was legitimate in their eyes. (The certificate is basically a "proven" skill set, which you have to have in order to get the certification. There are no official tests for it or exams to take.)
